  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges for eligible products of the same value if stock is available.
  • Refunds and exchanges will not be provided for items damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide the order details, reason for the return, and photographs of the product if it is defective or damaged.
  • Our team will schedule a pickup or provide instructions for returning the product.

4. Refund Method

  • All refunds will be processed in cash at the time of product pickup. No other refund methods are available.

6. Non-Returnable Items
